Attaching pictures to Chats

    How do you attach pictures to Chats?  I had people tell me to "click" on a paperclip in the dialog box, but I don't have a paperclip icon.

    Help?

    If your on a computer you will see an up arrow...when you click on that it will say send media click that and pick your picture....feel free to test it with me!!
