Getting error when try to chat from iPad?
We will be adding mobile chat next week. I think this will take care of that.
I was video chatting with someone on a Microsoft Surface today, and it worked fine...we will need to check into the ipad.
My iPhone gave me error message:
"Mobile webapp extension is not configured. Please ask your admin to configure it through CometChat Administration Panel."

Mobile is coming really soon.
Thanks for enabling mobile chat. It seems to work, however there is no way to match the profile name with a chat user's name. In most cases they are different and there is no link from chat to the profile of the person you're chatting with.
